Had to sneak this one in at the end of the week. This little card fulfills this week’s challenge over at iCopic. The colors for the challenge were lime, green and cream. This little birdie was a free stamp over at Paper Smooches. Sorry lots of links today. Just sharing some love. I just loved this little birdie so sweet. The papers are from a brand new line by October Afternoon and then the birdie is of course colored with Copic markers. As a side note up until now I have been keeping my blog primarily as an update for family and friends with no details on the how too of images or supply lists for projects. I am thinking about adding a little more of that. So if you are family you can skip over that and if you are a scrapper/Copic fan you can skip the blah blah blah of my day to day living. I might even try to keep them separate in the posts. Just an FYI for you all. Thinking aloud as I write this.

One more week down. Lots of business here this week. I subbed a couple extra classes and worked some extra hours at the YMCA. Girls are itching to get out side and spent two afternoons this week testing the temperatures after school. Amazing when you live in an area with bitter cold winters how great mid-thirty temperatures feel. I got lots of writing done this week. For both my local Club Copic and the next tutorial for Get It Scrapped. We have cranked the tutorials up there to two a month, we’ll see how long I can keep on top of those :-). I am still loving all of it though! Here is a couple more pages from last weekends crop. I really did enjoy myself!

Yeah for scrappy weekends! So the plans almost fell apart when John got sick Friday, really sick and spent the entire day sleeping and emptying his stomach. BUT being the AMAZING husband he is and having the two very best girls in the world i still got to go to half of my all day crop. Saturday I took the girls to the pool, Sara diving and Lori swimming we stopped at McDonalds on the way home and then I loaded up and headed to scrapping at about 2. In about 7 and a half hours I finished 16b pages! Woo Hoo! And going back through them I really like them too! I even had a 17th page in the works when I packed up so i finished that one yesterday, here it is…

I cut the trees out of a patterned piece of paper which took just a second or two, needless to say my friends wondered why I started this one with about 20 minutes to go… no good answer there but it is done now! 🙂
This next one is just a favorite, love how it turned out.

We kept Sunday pretty low key with everyone napping after church and lunch out. And today we were all back to our regularly scheduled programs. John is feeling 100% and girls are getting excited for the upcoming month and warmer weather!

Next couple of posts I will share a sneek peek at a canvas project I have been working on and a couple more layouts.

Hugs all!
